Grab-and-Go

America’s Largest Waterpark Resort

Project Overview

Partnering with The Grayson Company, I helped reimagine and re-engineer the resort’s grab-and-go retail concept to create a more seamless, guest-focused shopping experience. By redesigning the store layout, refining the product mix, and improving visual storytelling, the pilot location achieved a 61.3% revenue increase in just eight weeks and was immediately rolled out across additional properties.

Services Provided:
  • Redesigned the store layout to optimize guest flow, product visibility, and overall visual hierarchy.
  • Created new merchandising strategies and trained store teams to maintain cohesive, high-impact visual standards.
  • Designed and implemented refreshed marketing materials and in-store signage to align with brand aesthetics.
  • Streamlined product assortment and replenishment processes to improve productivity and meet guest demand.
  • Results included a 32% increase in transactions per occupied room and a 16% boost in average transaction value.
