Inspired by the brilliance of gemstones and high-fashion retail brands, I created a handcrafted, doll-sized boutique to showcase American Girl’s Truly Me Birthstone Outfits. The immersive display was designed to evoke the feeling of peeking into a luxury storefront, where each doll appears to be shopping for vibrant, fashion-forward looks in her own stylish world.
Services Provided:
- Designed and built a one-of-a-kind miniature boutique, blending American Girl’s playful spirit with the sophistication of luxury fashion displays.
- Created custom wallpaper and branding elements in Adobe InDesign, printed and applied to each interior wall panel.
- Hand-applied hundreds of gemstones to form original American Girl logos and sparkling display accents.
- Curated fashion styling and visual storytelling, inspired by the color and form of birthstones and the visual merchandising of Louis Vuitton.
- Crafted an interactive experience where viewers could see both the dolls shopping and the outfits displayed—just like a real high-end store window.
